Figure 1: Srcasm downregulates native Fyn and Src more efficiently than c-Cbl. (a) COS cells were transfected with Fyn (0.5 μg) alone or with either Srcasm or c-Cbl at 0.5 μg (l) or 1.0 μg (h). After 16 h, cells were lysed and lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE and analyzed by western blot to detect Fyn, Srcasm, c-Cbl, and β-actin. At both doses, Srcasm downregulates Fyn more effectively than c-Cbl and most effectively at the lower dose.
